What a busy Xmas, as always.
Friday night was spent at the Locke's, as is tradition in our family. A dinner of fried chicken (also tradition), mashed potatoes, pasta salad, corn and dressing was enjoyed by all. Dessert was Grandma's famous cherry pie and pumpkin pie. We all ate until absolutely stuffed!
Corey couldn't wait to open presents! It's nice to have a little one who's excited about presents. Corey got a race track, money and an official train from Grandma and Grandpa and Butch. He was so excited about the train, he wanted to open it right then and there and put it together.
Poor Mom was not feeling well; neither was Jerry. It's probably the first Xmas in a long time where I wasn't the one who was sick! Corey put on a good show, jumping around and entertaining everyone. We barely made it out of Marissa before Corey fell asleep.
